Infrastructure and Facility for Thrill Mountain and Polar Adventure including Summit Reservoir, Floorless Coaster, Bobsled Ride, Station Building for Floorless Coaster, Station Building for Bobsled Ride, Ancillary Buildings (i.e. Flash Ride, Rev Booster, Retail Kiosk, Aviator, Game Booth, Food Kiosk & Dining Hall, Retail Shop, Bumper Blaster, F&B Cart, Tuxedos Restaurant and Caricature Kiosk etc.), Roadwork, Retaining Walls, Fence Walls, Bridge 1, Utilities (storm & sewer systems, waterworks, ducts for cables and trench for gas main), Hard and Soft Landscaping Works, Irrigation System, Fitting Out Works for the Ancillary Buildings
